Atanur warrants the architectural lighting fixtures it manufactures against material and manufacturing defects under the following terms.
Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and ranges from 2 to 5 years. Some manufactured products are covered for 2 years, while others are covered for up to 5 years. The applicable warranty period for each product is stated in the product quote / product information.
Coverage
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects arising under normal conditions of use. Covered products are, at Atanur's discretion, repaired or replaced with an equivalent.
Out of Scope
- Incorrect installation, misuse or setup contrary to the technical documentation
- Physical damage, drops, impact, liquid contact and external factors
- Intervention, repair or modification by unauthorised persons
- Improper mains voltage, voltage fluctuations and use of incorrect drivers/transformers
- Normal wear and tear and consumable components that have reached end of life
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, natural disaster, etc.)
Compliance and Standards
Atanur products carry the CE, RoHS and ENEC conformity marks. LED lifetime is assessed according to the L-life classification stated in the technical documents of the relevant product.
Warranty Claims
You can start a warranty claim by emailing info@atanur.tr with the product/model information, invoice or order details, and a brief description of the issue. Your claim will be evaluated and you will be informed about the process.
